It went great. They were very good. The girl who answered the phone was very courteous. She gave me the prices right away and they were very reasonable. They were local and they did a very good job. Their punctuality was great. They showed up. In fact, we were having a very bad rainstorm that day and it was blowing against the front of the house and they would have to keep the door open to do the carpet. They suggested that they would just come back the following day and I said it was a good idea because it was so horrible outside. And they did show up when they were supposed to.

We have used them before and they are very good. We used a couple of different places out here and this one is the best. They always follow through the next day to make sure everything was done. One time they did a great job and I moved the furniture around and I seen a stain under something and they came back the next day to fix it. They were here 8 months ago as well. I have used them a lot. We lived here 15 years and we have had them come 8 times. I tried a couple of other people in between and they were not as good. The other companies take longer and they don't move anything. Yardley would move my furniture and clean the carpets. They would help me to pick up the furniture if I needed. They always have a coupon and it is a 2 room special. They always have a coupon either online or in the mail. I have 3 carpeted steps and the other company used to charge me about $6 a step but these people just do it. If you have a whole fleet of steps I guess everybody would make you pay. They are cleaning two rooms right now for me but I have had them do all my carpeting in my house. I would refer them and I know my neighbour also uses them. They are in the same price range as the others and I paid $10 more for a worse job than them. These guys kind of have hot water on their truck where as the other guys I had would hook up to my sink. I guess the hot water makes it clean faster. They would usually give you a call and tell you that they would be here between 11:30 and 12:30. It is always the same guy who comes and so he is just very consistent. They call every single time the next day to ask if I am happy with the carpet cleaning and stain. I only had an issue once and they came right out. It was my fault because I moved the furniture and realised I had a stain and I did that only because I was having a party. They made sure they came the next day because it was a 10 minute job and fixed it before the party started.

Not a good experience given the cost and services

The experience was very good, they were recommended to us by our realtor. They assure us that they will come back out if there is any area that we see that we are not satisfied with, however so far there has been no problem.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YARDLEY CARPET CLEANERS. THEY SPOT DRIED SOME MAJOR STAINS IN OUR CARPETS AND WERE ABLE TO GET THEM OUT. THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AND VERY PROMPT TO COME OUT AND CLEAN THE CARPETS.
