GREAT JOB fast

In one word....Perfectly! The house now has a crisp, clean, manicured appearance where as before, it was messy and appeared uncared for. The crew did an amazing job on the walkways; we clearly picked the right team for our home. We got a lot of estimates and Paul and Cherie were the only company to respond promptly with a detailed estimate. Paul came out a second time to go over some minor changes and checked in during the job to make sure things were going well.

They're very good. I've been with them for 13 years. The spring and fall cleanup costs $400. He's cordial on the phone. If I call him, he helps out in any way. He's just a really nice person and a good worker. If there's something that I don't like, he comes right out and takes care of it ASAP. Another company was trying to get me but I just can't leave Paul. The girl in the office is Lisa and she's very cordial.

I have been using their services for two years. They have a good service and reasonable pricing. They come out at a set time and day every week which they have been good about showing up. One time I needed to change my appointment and they were flexible with scheduling.

I called a few companies for estimates and ended up going with the Land Crew.

Paul showed up at the time he promised to give me the estimate...he was very thorough in evaluating the project and he pointed out a couple things I hadn’t considered that could be done in more than one way, and we discussed which way I would prefer it to be done. It wasn’t simply “your square footage is X so the price is Y” but instead Paul took the time to really understand exactly what he was bidding on so I was very confident that there wouldn’t be any surprises during the actual construction. His pricing was excellent as well.

His workers did a fantastic job. They were nice, professional, and they always took the time at the end of the day to clean up the area where the patio was being installed as well as the surrounding areas (dirt on the driveway, for example).

The communication was also excellent throughout, and whenever I emailed I would always get a reply by the next day, and I had Paul’s cell number in case I ever needed to reach out to him for something urgent (which didn’t happen).

I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use the Land Crew in the future or to recommend them to family and friends.

Paul has done work for me for 10 1/2 yrs. He's prompt, he comes out, he looks at what you need and gives a very fair price. Always ask to talk to Paul! He is wonderful, professional, courteous, and eager to please. I feel his prices are competitive. I've never had a problem and he addresses all questions and problems immediately. I would recommend Paul in a heartbeat. There's never a mess after his crew comes out.
