EXCELLENT every which way. Responsive, courteous and meticulous and professional. Arrived on time, was ready to get going. Explained his progress for cleaning all the windows- in and out and the screens. Put shoe covers on once in the home. Was respectful of our home and contents. Was quite, didn't interrupt while I worked from home nor bothered the dogs. I even asked for an extra task in washing down the bluestone patio, not an issue. The patio stone is back to its blue color. Our windows are sparkling clean, even the skylights. The invoice was right on estimate. Will have Kontra back for other projects. Would highly recommend.
