. I had the worst experience with this company! My neighbors had bugs and
as we have an attached home they had started to move their way over. I
had retained an awesome pest control company AA Pest control but,
unfortunately the bugs continued to come back as the neighbors had them.
I tried to get the neighbors to use my company but, they were dead set
on using their own. So I decided I would try and use their company so we
could have the houses spayed the same day. Well - biggest mistake I
made! They didn't show up on time so as I had to leave for work I left
the door open and a check on the table. They sprayed everything seemed
to go ok. About a week later I get a bill for 400.00 more than
originally discussed! I called them to let them know they had
overcharged me and, that the bugs were still not gone. Clearly not the
same caliber of treatment that I had previously received and they
informed me as they viewed my payment, (bear in mind the check for the
amount I left on table that I was of the understanding we had agreed
upon) as a discount they would not be returning! NEVER dealt with such
terrible service! They were late, over charged, didn't do the job and
never came back to even try and do it right! So sorry I didn't just pay
my company to do both houses the right way.
