I called Ray on a Saturday morning as our heat pump was making very loud, angry noises. He was able to come out a couple of hours later and very quickly diagnosed the issue as the fan. Ray was very transparent about the problem (the fan and motor must be replaced together) and let us know that he would be unable to get the parts until Monday. Roger was back on Monday morning at 10:30am to do the repair and was done in under an hour. Our heat pump is now quieter than it was before it broke, and our house is nice and toasty again.

I would not recommend them. After the install my electric bills went up.

We have a service contract with them. They came out because one of our 3 heating systems wasn't working. They diagnosed the problem and got it up and running again.

I have used them for years and they are excellent. They have established a seasonal check up for me so I don't have to call them all the time to prepare me for the next season. Ray has so much knowledge and experience with the systems then other people I have used prior.

We've been using them for 25 years. When we first moved in the condensation in the pipes was running back and shutting off the furnace and nobody from the gas company could figure it out; he figured it out in two minutes. He really knows his stuff. His son works with him but I prefer having him.

Sometimes with the propane intake/outtake duct work, it can get tricky. He's very good with it.

RAY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO OUR GAS HEATING SYSTEM. HE REPAIRED IT THAT DAY. WE HAD ANOTHER HEATING SERVICE TELL US THE REPAIR WOULD COST OVER $500 AND TAKE A DAY TO GET THE PARTS. RAY'S CORRECTED THE PROBLEM THAT DAY AND IT COST $113.
