A lot of back in force with promises to come on certain days and not show up with out notice. Book keeping wasn?t up to par staying outstanding balance that we?re incorrect

Oscar came right out day 1 and the estimate was emailed shortly thereafter. Daniella in the office was excellent and professional in setting up the appointment. They were about 10 days backed up because of rainy weather but the soffit flashing repair was done as soon as weather cleared. We will use them again in the future⠦⠦ Also Oscar was very knowledgeable about his work!

They were very detailed when installing our gutters and they look amazing. We also had them remove some old ivy from our home and the two people who took care of it did a great job, which isn't easy on ivy. High quality and a fair price. Will be using for our roof as well moving forward.

I spoke to Oscar (Installer) while he was working on a job in my neighborhood. I explained to him that I needed some Roof Capping replaced that was damaged about 6 months ago in a major wind storm. I had contacted 4 other siding companies and they all told me the job was too small for them to do. Oscar gave me a business card & I called their office. I spoke to Daniela who was extremely friendly and helpful. Within 1 hour Oscar came to evaluate the needed repair. Within 1 hour after his inspection, I received a quote for the job from Daniela. Oscar was able to complete the repairs the next morning. Not only did he install a brand new piece of capping, he went around the roof and securely nailed the rest of the capping on the roof. I can't wait to tell my neighbors and friends about the Superior Service I receive from Pro Roofing Solutions. All companies tell you how wonderful their service is, BUT THE FOLKS AT PRO ROOFING SOLUTIONS "REALLY" GO WAY BEYOND. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THEM. THEY COMPLETED 1 OF THE 1001 JOBS I HAVE TO DO ON MY "HONEY DO-LIST."

We had an 18 inch piece of capping blow off the facia board on one of our dormers. I contacted 2 other contractors who were no shows before finding Pro Roofing Solutions. Daniela was very responsive with an estimate and their team arrived within a couple of days to do the repair. The repair was completed professionally and while on the roof they checked the capping on the other dormers for loose and missing nails. Their price was reasonable and even less than one of the other quotes given by one of the no show contractors. I would highly recommend this company and have already referred them to my neighbor who also needed some repair work.
