They arrived on time, were professional, and made sure that every carpet was vacuumed dry and not left sopping wet. I would definitely hire them again and again.

They arrived on time, were polite, answered my questions and did a very good job at a fair price which had been estimated during my call to Marty. Marty suggested using a fan to speed the drying process where the cat soiled the carpet so we used 2 fans. The cat urine problem was solved until my elderly cat foiled my attempts to protect the cleaned area and soiled it again. Most areas dried overnight but the problem area took longer as I had saturated it during pre-treatment.

Marty arrived on time to pick up the 3 area rugs on 12/12.
On 12/20 he and his helper returned the rugs and cleaned my family room carpet, sofa, 2 chairs and ottoman.
I was impressed with the thorough cleaning of the furniture.
All carpets and furniture appeared much cleaner and brighter.
While the service wasn't cheap, it was worth the thorough cleaning.

I have used Marty in the past. He arrives on time, does a thorough job and makes the experience easy for me. He also gave me an online discount that I did not know about. The carpets and chairs look GREAT. The carpeting on the steps and foyer look like new!!

It went very well. He and his partner arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned the carpet and they were on their way. I have used Mart in the past and he has never disappointed me.

He is very conscientious. He does exactly what he says he will. He arrives promptly and works quickly. He takes extra care to protect furniture from any moisture. He has a very professional attitude.

I have used this company in the past. They are the only company I have used for carpet cleaning. They are punctual and accurate. They do what they promise to do. I think I would call myself satisfied when it comes to what they charge. I would tell others they are a company that seems to place an emphasis on the quality of work they do. I have no complaints.
