His van is old, and we took it over because around here, the horn is an intricate part of your vehicle. My husband is on a first name basis with them, and he just drives over. You have to make an appointment but he just goes over. They are a little tiny business, nothing fancy, it's just that they are close by to where we live. I think they are great, and I think they are very reliable, for what we needed, but they are not an all service business. They can do what they can do, but they have limitations. You know what you can get done over there, and you know what you can't. If we have something super major wrong with the vehicle then we have to go to the dealer.
