Dan came out right away to service me because I was down. ordered the part and got it installed asap.

I have a professional Epson printer which no one knows how to repair (it is especially high end). I drove it down to their shop and was instantly impressed by the range of their repair operation. After this repair, it actually works BETTER than when I initially purchased it! Easily works just as well as my brand new one! Much better than Epson's own refurb program and cheaper too -- even with two parts ordered. If you are within driving distance, this is the place to take your repair business (they also offer shipping as an option).

I had to take it back three times but they eventually figured out the problem. Its been working great for almost a year and I use it a lot. I would recommend this company is spite of this incident. They were apologetic and professional otherwise.

Really well, they also, as a courtesy, checked the entire system to make sure that all was well and that I wouldn't have any problems once I got home and installed the program I needed. - they offered to install the program at no add'l cost, if I wanted to drop it off, but for my own reasons I opted not to, They were very helpful in making sure that not just the problem I came in for was fixed, but that all would go well once at home. They said, if I had any problems, to just give them a call, that they do come out to customer's homes and businesses to do repairs also. If I ever need anything done again, I would definitely go back.

I took the computer to this company for repair last August, the laptop was approximately two years old and was giving me problems with the charging port and was unable to hold a charge. After replacing the battery and the cord I was still having no luck. I took the computer to this company and they supposedly fixed it at a price of $225.00. The computer worked off and on for about a month then reverted to the original problem. In short they fixed nothing. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely not!!!!

Initially they just cleaned and serviced the lap top. The fan failed to respond properly to variations in cooling needs,operating with variable speed and high fan noise. I returned the following week and they agreed it was an overlooked problem, so they ordered/installed a new Hewlett Packard fan for an additional cost of the part only.

It went great, I brought it in to the shop, I paid a small diag. fee of $50 to leave it there and have it diagnosed and an estimate provided on what it would take to get my slow moving, not good for much computer better. They called the next day with the estimate and the diagnostic fee I paid initially went towards the repair price. They also helped me with setting up my printer once the computer was up and running. Very courteous, very responsive-always there to answer the phone during business hours and they are even open on Saturday. I would recommend this company to everyone. They even come to your house if you need.

They knew what they were doing. They did what they said they were going to do and had it done on time. Overall experience is a B only because you have to deliver the equipment to them. I will use them again in the future.

Took in non-working shredder. I paid for a no-refundable estimate which was applied to to repair work.. The work was completed ahead of schedule.

Had an issue with my computer that I had several people look at but had no luck in fixing. Found machinefix.com also know as ( MCS ) in Morrisville PA Had great service and answered all my questions and now my computer is working great again. Only issue was that it took a day longer then they thought it would.
