A crew came out for the estimate and looked over the project. An adjuster was to be sent out to see if it was covered. Come to find out, this type of work would never be covered by insurance. Two days after the estimate, I was to meet with the adjuster on a Monday afternoon to take pictures. When I came home, my back door was open and the work had been completed against my wishes. They even went upstairs in my home, feeding my large dog to keep her distracted. No one was there to explain when I came home. When I contacted them, they claimed I signed off, approving the paper work. I did sign a document, but I did not in any way intend for them to complete the work. To top it off, the work was not completed correctly. A year and a half later, an untreated leak caused by them ended up causing severe foundation issues.
