+ -1 moreWe've been taking our cars to Jules for years. Gary, Doreen and the crew are great. How often do you find a mechanic that tells you when you don't need something? The first time we used Jules, I took it there for 4 new tires. They told me that it really only needed 2 immediately and that I could easily get another year out of the other 2. They left it my choice. How great is that? I've been a devoted customer and fan ever since. This time, I was afraid the repair would mean a new catalytic converter. It turned out to be a blown specialty 50-amp fuse that controlled the emissions system. Gary asked if they could keep the car for an extra day or two to drive it a few more times to see if they could figure out why the fuse blew in the first place. No unnecessary expensive repair for a catalytic converter. Honest, quality service. Repairs done right for a fair price. I highly recommend the great team at Jules for all of your auto service needs.
