Both the original job of installing backsplash in the kitchen and the more recent ones went extremely well. John McGroarty (the owner) came when promised. All work was done professionally and on time. He is a neat worker and cleaned up any mess. Because of adverse weather, he had to make 2 separate trips to complete small parts of the outside work, which he insisted on doing prior to any payment.
