+ -1 moreI called this company based upon very high recommendation from neighbors getting work completed. We had a meeting with the owner who promised an estimate within a couple of days. He ghosted us. I followed up with email and voicemail, but no response. Just another contractor. Communication is key. Don't promise something and not deliver or at least say after thinking about you didn't want the job.
Description of Work: Never provided an estimate that was promised from his "architect/engineer" within a couple of days.
