+ -1 moreI tried calling her in February, she couldn't come out until May. She kept cancelling appointments and would reschedule a month out at a time. I finally talked to her in August, but then couldn't get her to come out. I never even got a plan for what I had paid for the consult. I finally got an email from her assistant after threatening to report them to the BBB, and was offered another designer from the firm, but the original designer was too busy to help me.
Description of Work: She took my money to come out for a consult.
