ARIA Physician Services Primary Care

What we did not like about ARIA Physician Services, was the lack of information. We were kept kind of in the dark about what was going on. There was no one there to sit down and explain to the patient exactly was is going on, what is expected. We went to the doctor and he said that if you can't wait or something, go the ER. And that was the closest ER.  We were not sure if it was an emergency or not. So we initially gone to another doctor and they were just totally inadequate and not taking it seriously. And they told us that if you don't like it, go to the emergency room. It is a clean, nice place. It is very high tech and very up to date, but they just do not communicate well.

I would recommend her. There is nothing that I really dislike. Sometimes, the wait is longer than expected in a doctor’s office. I like that she takes the time and effort and addresses my issue. I would continue to use her in the future.

He is very personable. He is an older gentleman but he really seems to be concerned about the individual. He shares a lot of information so you don?t feel like you are a part of a production line.
