CRITTER CONTROL

I spent about $1000.I thought they were a bait and switch company. They quotes us one price over the phone and when they got here there were a bunch of ad-on charges. I probably won't use them again. They caught the squirrels and that was great.

$375 for 10 minute inspection of attic vent for birds (no birds were found) and 15 minute installation of a cheap screen cover   Ridiculous, and extremely overpriced for marginal work.

It really did not work; I don't think they closed up as well as they said  they were. I paid them $600 and they did not fix the problem. When we did recall they were supposed to come back but did not respond real well. They were supposed to be fixing the holes and such and came out twice but they blamed their lack of success on other things. They said they would check back with me at a later time but never did. I had to have another company come out to patch the holes I will not use them again in the future.

After two visits from one of the many neighborhood squirrels, I decided I needed help getting it out of my walls. I called Critter Control, leaving a message with the answering service and received a call promptly once they opened. I explained to Ana the situation and she immediately scheduled an appointment with Matt. On the day of my appointment, Matt first performed a consultation which involved thoroughly checking the house for any animal entries. He also discussed all pricing. During his inspection, he noticed that an old trap had been tarred into the roof-of course I wasn't surprised. He confirmed that something was definitely playing in the walls. After reviewing his findings he discussed all my options and how things would be handled. Initially he set non-lethal traps, but birds kept getting caught. A lethal trap was set, but after several days nothing was caught. Matt removed the trap and sealed the hole in the soffit. Although we did not catch a squirrel, I have not had any more visits.

I like that they come right away to remove the squirrels and then take them to another location to free them. So far they have been successful at reducing the population that has been getting into my attic.

THE COMPANY IS SINCERE, BUT THEY CANNOT GET THE RESULT DONE. THEY ARE NICE AND HAVE INTEGRITY, BUT THEY COULD NOT GET RID OF THE CHIPMUNKS. THE WORK WAS NOT ADEQUATE TO GET RID OF THE PESTS.
