Our dog is doing fine

Can be very brusque, offputtingly so, but in this case, with an elderly, ill pet, the vet was kind and very considerate.

The price is reasonable. They've just opened a brand new facility which is in my opinion state of the art. The staff there is very courteous. The head vet is very knowledgeable and takes continuing Ed classes to stay on top in his field. We won't go to anybody else because we are very comfortable with the vet. He's very straightforward and we may not always like what he has to say but he's very straightforward with us.

Overall a very good experience. They seem very organized and caring.
I took my 9 year old dog in for an ear infection and to evaluate a lame leg. Technician took history and temperature. Dr. Bob performed an exam, explaining treatment and preventable measures for the ear infection. Treated ears. Evaluated leg (no treatment recommended) an scheduled removal of Cyst/Wart. Total with medicine was $103.
Second visit was a surgical visit for removal of a wart and cyst. Dropped off in morning, picked up in late afternoon. Very convenient and efficient. I did not get the per-surgical blood work ($125) an did not get a biopsy of the cyst ($90), so surgery was only $125.
2 week follow-up (free) for removal of stitches is still pending.

They remember your pet's first name, which is very cute.

They are very friendly there. We always get right in with all of our animals. They know our animals. Their price, quality, and professionalism are very good.
