Scott {OWNER} performed an excellent job with his assistant Ed in a personal professional manner. I would recommend them highly for any tile work.  Scott provided a thorough detailed estimate upfront in a punctual manner.

They're great to work with and so different from RWL who I used last time. They were punctual, neat, pleasant and capable. The work is beautiful. I'm likely getting the shower door reinstalled this week so the job isn't totally done. They found more mistakes as they tore the old job out. All have been corrected and it looks gorgeous.
Also, The Binghamton Floor Store is where I bought the tiles. As usual, Tony provides excellent service and advice. That's the only place I will go for flooring needs.
Although I haven't used the new bathroom yet, I can't stop looking at it. It's hard to believe that it's the same room. My spirits have been lifted. I was so miffed every time I looked around at the old job and saw mistake after mistake. There are none here. Both Scott and Kevin believe in quality work and customer satisfaction. I'll never use anyone else again. They've worked for me before and I should have used them for the bathroom (but I thought I was being efficient and it made sense to have one contractor do it all). How wrong I was.
The name says it all PRO Tile. These men are pros and know how to treat a homeowner and the home. Drop cloths up the stairs and across the bedroom. Neat work space. Cleaned up the room so you'd hardly know work was done. Pleasant men and accommodating. They worked all day too. It was such a good experience compared to last time. I'd recommend them for any tile job you have. I'll use them as long as they are in business.

I ordered the tile and metal edge from The Floor Store in Binghamton, NY. Tony there suggested using his favored installer Scott Calloway at Pro-Tile. We agreed and Tony arranged for Scott to call to set up an appointment. We agreed on a time and Scott arrived on time, spoke with us about what to do. He offered suggestions and together we agreed on a scope of work. He provided an estimate a few days later and we hired him. We had to solve an issue with a door in the area where he would be working before we could agree on a start date. When we resolved the issue, we got back with Scott and as luck would have it, he was able to come to do the work 2 days later. It was a very bad day for snow, so he didn't finish the job the same day (I don't blame him for leaving at 5!), but promised to be back the next day to apply the grout, thus completing the job.
The work was perfect! All was level and square. He undercut the trim around the doors so the tile ended under the trim and hid the cut edge. He commented that the grout that Tony at The Floor Store in Binghamton, NY had sold us was of very high quality (hydraulic) so it set up very quickly and we were able to walk on the tiles within 4 hours of Scott completing the grouting.
I would unhesitatingly use Pro-Tile and Scott in the future. The work was just plain terrific.

d Both floors were professionally done; Scott, the Installer suggested appropriate (marble) threshold covers, where none had been in the past. I was pleased with the result--especially with the solution he found for the shower.

I love this man because he offered suggestions that were things that we didn't bother. He didn't just do the job like here is the tile I'm putting it in, instead he said that it's up to you whatever you do. That definitely did not push the factor but he was like, "I really think it looks good this way or this thing that you wanted may not work as well as this". Really what I say with him his price was not as much of a factor in our decision because we wanted a really good job. We had a job that was hard to do, hard to tile because of the shape of the bathroom basically.

The company was recommended by Tony at Binghamton Floor Store on Susquehanna St. They were prompt, on time and gave me an estimate that was a bit more than I expected at first, but I went ahead anyway. They completed the work as quickly as possible, working sometimes past 6 or 7 pm. The final result was fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased. After the grouting was completed they came back after a few days and installed my towelbar, toilet paper holder and grab bar. I highly recommend this company. They were professional, friendly and did a great job.
