QUALITY AIR MECHANICAL INC

Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. opened for business in the Spring of 2002, founded by Paul Gray, Jr., Thomas Waldman and Jimmy Pryor. Their goal was to provide quality service to their customers as well as a great working environment for their team members. From their humble beginnings as a three man HVAC/ plumbing service company, to where they are today, Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. prides itself in the ongoing effort to maintain the “family” type of atmosphere; caring about each project no matter how big or small. With that being said, they feel it is crucial for the company growth to maintain their low employee turn around rate. When someone decides to join their team, they look at it as an investment in the organization and a place for an employee to retire from. Having ownership, working all aspects of the field over the years, gives them the knowledge of what each task takes to complete and how important an annual review is for each and every employee. Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. has been very fortunate over the last 17+ years to develop the quality customer relationships made possible by the outstanding men and women who have joined our company along the way. As of January 2017, Tommy decided to step away from the business and retire, selling his shares back to the corporation. We wish him an enjoyable retirement and thank him for his years with Quality Air Mechanical, Inc.
