Charles was the supervisor on the job and was very particular about the work which made me happy. Because of my experience, my daughter had two storm doors and a front door. The front doors were custom so there was a lot of work involved. They did an awesome job and made sure everything was clean when the left.

The gentleman that came out arrived on time, pleasant and very meticulous about his work. I was very pleased with the end result.

Installation was very difficult and the windows being removed were 40 years old and were not installed in the conventional way. The contractor was very professional and handled the removal in the manner he had stated. The replacement windows were installed perfectly with no problems and beautifully trimmed. Myself and my wife were extremely pleased with the final results. We would recommend Lowes to anyone and I would definitely use them again

They did a great job for us. I would recommend them.

They sent a contractor, George Bennett, to do the installation. He installed the vent so that it went down into the chimney instead of the required rise of 1/4" per foot. He failed to secure the vent to the water heater and he didn't secure the joints with screws. The relief valve pipe is, by code, to be no more than 6" from the floor. The one he installed was 12" from the floor. He left a bill for over $70.00 for parts he needed to do the job. I was never told I would have to pay anything in addition to the installation charge. When I complained to Lowe's, they had the installer call me. He insisted there was nothing wrong with the job he did and lied about securing the vent joints.(I have pictures) Another installer was sent to correct the installation which they did. (No additional charge) When I tried to run hot water after they left, I found that the water heater had been re-started but the water supply wasn't turned on. Fortunately, there was approximately 20 gallons of water in the tank. I notified Lowe's of this also and advised them that I won't be having one of their 'professionals' installing anything else in my house.
