Woodworking
Customer service - promptness of replies to emails - has been consistently very slow. When I picked up the shutters and returned home to unpack them, the caps did not fit. I complained and another set of caps was supplied; they didn't fit either. After two emails to company, a letter to the President, and filling out their follow-up customer service form - all saying that the caps did not fit - have been to no avail.
