Customer service - promptness of replies to emails - has been consistently very slow. When I picked up the shutters and returned home to unpack them, the caps did not fit. I complained and another set of caps was supplied; they didn't fit either. After two emails to company, a letter to the President, and filling out their follow-up customer service form - all saying that the caps did not fit - have been to no avail.
Description of Work: Timberlane built two pair of exterior cedar shutters to match existing shutters on my home. I wanted them to be architecturally accurate as I live in a historic area. I took sample shutters to the factory, agreed on the specifications for the replacements, and returned when they were ready for pick up. Note that each shutter was to have an aluminum 'cap' to fit over the top edge to serve as a rain shield.
