 + -1 moreI was impressed with a variety of custom fabric selections. Delivery was punctual, professional and problem free. Even though the manufacturer erred by placing differently finished legs on the two pieces, R&F customer service was very efficient in the replacement and installation of new pieces.
Description of Work: They sale, deliver and subsequent service of custom sofa and chair.

 + -1 moreI WENT INTO RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN'S TO PURCHASE HOME OFFICE FURNITURE. A SALES ASSISTANT FOLLOWED ME AROUND THE STORE FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO WALK OUT, NOT HAVING SEEN ANYTHING OF INTEREST. AT THAT POINT, SHE APPROACHED ME AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. WHEN I TOLD HER WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, SHE LOOKED ME UP AND DOWN AND TOLD ME, IN A VERY CONDESCENDING MANNER, THAT THEIR FURNITURE WAS PROBABLY OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. SO I WENT AND SPENT $5000 IN ANOTHER STORE, WHERE THE STAFF HAD AT LEAST A BASIC NOTION OF COMMON COURTESY.
Description of Work: NEVER ACTUALLY PURCHASED ANY FURNITURE, AS I WAS CHASED OUT OF THE STORE BY A VERY RUDE SALESPERSON.
