Very satisfied with the overall experience with PTC.

Pat was delightful: arriving a few minutes early, going through the entire process with me beforehand, doing a neat and quick job, and folllowing up afterwards to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend his services, and would not hesitate to use him again if (heaven forbid!) the fleas return. My cats each give him a 4 paws up rating!

Pat made his way through the very small door to the crawl space and places bait, then examined the rest of the house and also the outside of the house, placed bait all over, used more bait for the same price. Pat is GREAT !!!!

The owner of PTC Pest Control came out to service our house himself. He was very responsive and redone a section of the house that didn't get all of the ants the first time around. As a business owner myself, I did appreciate his professionalism and being an expert in his field.. That's something most companies don't have any more, especially in his field of work.  Angie's list did a great job of finding PTC Pest control.

Wonderful. He has eradicated mice, stinkybugs, ants, bees, wasps and other critters in my old home.  We faced the woods, so there were many unwanted visitors at times, but Pat was always just a phone call away. After one visit with Pat, they're gone.He also will give you good advice on how to avoid the pests in the future (close openings, etc.)

I was terrorized by these bugs in my home.  Pat was very knowledgeable of their habits and migration, etc.. He performed the job well and had a REAL DEVOTION TO GET RID OF THEM, THAT HE CAME BACK A WEEK OR SO LATER WHEN THEY HATCHED AND HE REFUMIGATED WITHOUT CHARGING ME, He is truly a good bug killer and concerned human being. His receptionist , I think her name was Mary had alot of empathy when i was expressing the trauma and insult that these things had on me.  Today my home is bug-free thanks to Pat and Co.

We were completely overwhelmed by an infestation of carpet beetles in our home that developed out of no where for us...we had no idea that these bugs even existed. We originally had 2 other Pest Control Service Providers come out, one which said he has no idea how to attack our situation and the other who didn't even look around...just walked in with 2 bombs. Sadly we weren't yet Angie's List members to do a search to find a decent provided. We had 2 friends recommend PTC to us and when we called they were VERY booked with appointments in our area per the ant outbreak and their being such a top notch service company. After explaining our situation tearfully, Pat (the owner), fit us into his schedule the next day and spent 2 hours with us. HE SERIOUSLY is a SAINT and one of the nicest, most honest, down-to-earth, caring people we have ever met. He was amazing and instantly took charge of the situation, gave us a book to read up on these crazy pests while he worked. Said he would work with us to get this situation under control as long as it would take and thus far he has done an amazing job. He truly cares very much about his customers and their satisfaction. He is now programmed into our cell phones and will be part of our yearly home maintanance plan as we move forward. Don't waste your time calling ANY OTHER PEST CONTROL SERVICE PROVIDER. There is a reason PTC is ranked so highly on Angie's List and we had to continue the trend by praising this company and superior owner, Pat! Our work is not yet complete but we have high hopes given the impressive service thus far.

Even though we had not used him before, Pat still came out within 1 day as we were having a problem with ants. He came a few minutes early of the scheduled appointment time. He seemed very knowledgable, was professional, and efficient. Since his visit, we have not had any problems.

He is always on time, friendly and the staff that answers the phone are very helpful. After he came out, I no longer have a stink bug problem.

Arrived promptly and sent a lot of time explain this process and what he was going to accomplish today. 

They said they would be here between 2 and 4 and showed up at 2:15 so we did not have to spend the afternoon waiting for them. They took about 15 minutes to clean up the area.

I have been a client of PTC for 10 years.  My mom used PTC for one of her houses many years ago and had recommended him when we purchased a house that had a rather substantial bug problem.  When I called PTC the first time, Pat (the owner), came out himself to assess the situation.  He discovered that not only did I have a little problem with the picnic ants I complained about, but upon further inspection informed me that I had carpenter ants, carpenter bees and termites!  You can just imagine how sick I felt.  Long story short Pat stood by us as we battled with our realtor (the pest inspection had failed but no one ever told us!), was there every moment and was basically 'on call' as we worked through issues and had a contractor come out and work on the house.  As issues were found Pat made sure either himself or his crew came out to spray as necessary.  The prices were always reasonable and the service outstanding!  I have been a yearly termite customer and quarterly pest prevention customer now for 10 years due to his concern for me, my house and my family over this situation.  My house has been bug free for 10 years.  If  I so much as see a spider in my basement, they will come out and remedy the situation!  Pat is a wonderful person and his crew are professional and thorough.  I cannot recommend them enough.  I would use Pat for inspections or treatments and would recommend PTC without any reservations!

We moved in our house last spring.  In one of the "Welcome To The Neighborhood" advertising packets was an ad for PTC Pest Control.   We had a pest control company come out right when we moved in, and the problem with ants persisted inside the house AND outside despite having them come back.  I decided to try someone else.  The owner came out and I was amazed at what he told me and what he did to smoke the ants out of the tree's and from under our siding.  They were streaming out.  It was disgusting, but good!  We finally got rid of them and haven't seen them since.  He also gave us some great tips about the landscaping around our house that invite various pests.  We do have them on a quarterly contract and am very happy with their services.  Highly recommend them.

We have used them for years. It has been perfect, I have not had any complaints. The same person comes out each time so you get to know him or her.

Most of all, I like that they come any time I've called and they solve the problem.  Won't try to do a service that they don't do (like skunk smells).  They do a good job of isolating the problem.  They do both inside and outside of your home.  I always work with the same people, which says a lot about them as a company.  It seems like their work ethic and customer service drives their business. 

Service was great.  he took care of the nest I complained about and found more that he treated.  He took his shoes off when coming into the home which really impressed me-- NO contractor ever does that without being asked.  Pat even gave me his cell phone number to contact if needed, rather than calling into the office if I saw more bees. The best of all is that he found a nest in the bushes at my neighbors home and told me about it. I told them that I was worried since they have two toddlers that play outside a lot near the bush. There were not home today for me to notify them about it . Pat ,from the goodness of his heart treated the nest FOR FREE since he didn't want the kids to get stung!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What a great guy. 

went well.  there was some miscommunication about the price and the owner, who did the work himself, gave us a discount even though he did much more work than the quoted price would be for.  quoted price was a minimum, apparantly. he was very nice about it.
