The electric jack in the laptop got broken when dropped. Within an hour of dropping it off he had the case opened and called to let me know exactly what type of part was needed to fix it. He ordered the part and repaired it within 5 days. We were absolutely stunned with the great customer service, knowledge of the repairman (owner?) and how fast we got it back.

The pin in the power supply broke and was sparking, we took the laptop to be fixed. After a week they called, the unit was fixed for much less than replacing.
