They were real good but the service is pricey for what was done.

Relo company paid for company to perform services, so no idea about cost. However, the service was absolutely fantastic. The day the items were to go into storage, MSS showed up to pack up 2 flat screen tvs, a washer, dryer, elliptical and stationary bike. when I moved into the new house, they came and unpacked the TVs, moved one to the second floor (movers had put both in living room), and set up the washer. (I opted not to reassemble exercise equipment because it wouldn't fit in house). They noticed dryer line was gas, not electric like my dryer, so couldn't set up the dryer. But they offered to return after I had the electric line installed. I wasn't going to call originally, but did so anyway. They came out the next day and finished the job! The guys who came the second day even wanted to make sure the washer was set up properly (they were concerned I had set it up....but I reassured them their co-workers did it!).

I recently purchased a custom-made sofa from Belfort Furniture. When they tried to deliver it, they could not make the turn on the stairs leading to my condo. The delivery men were somewhat rude and not interested in trying any other options beyond what they were doing, so they took the sofa back to Belfort where the customer service rep offered only one option -- a "breakdown" service that would require taking apart the sofa and reassembling it once inside. Rather than do that I called Interstate Moving and Storage (after getting their info from Angie's List), who referred me to MSS. MSS was extremely efficient in setting up a technician to come out and survey the possibilities at my condo, who then was able to set up a delivery date almost immediately. So that I didn't have to coordinate another delivery (and delivery expense) from Belfort, they offered to pick up the sofa. There were two extremely professional and skilled movers who carefully surveyed all the options and finally decided to rig the sofa on a truck with a boom. They wound up coming in over my deck, which required removing the sliding glass door. They were hyper-careful with my new sofa, as well as with the rest of my house and furnishings, and managed to get the sofa into my living room without any problems. They were both extremely polite, friendly and professional, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Both of the contacts I had with MSS were helpful and super quick in following through on what they promised. Great company!
