WE NEEDED A FRAME TO EXPAND OUR DOUBLE BED TO A QUEEN SIZE. NONE OF THE BIG DEPARTMENT STORES ACTED LIKE THEY EVER HEARD OF OUR NEED. THIS COMPANY FOUND THE FRAME AFTER A LONG SEARCH. THE MATTRESS WAS TOO LARGE TO FIT UP OUR STAIRS. THEY TOOK IT BACK; ORDERED ONE WHICH WOULD FOLD, INSTALLED THE PROPER FRAME AND CHECKED TO SEE THAT THE LEVELS WERE RIGHT. THEIR PRICES WERE GREAT!
