Horrible!! The living room floor had to be taken up 3 times for mistakes We have broken floor pieces cracks and separating floor areas and it hasn’t been a week The toilet was replaced wrong had to be taken up and redone Put broken trim back on wall that will need replaced The trim is not even matched up correctly they were filling with caulking Doorways instead if cutting to place under they cut floor around the trim big hole areas and quote I will fill with caulking Around cabinets doesn’t meet up so we have to be creative to make that look right We recently painted now will have lots of touch ups Walls are dirty from hands touching all over not to mention the scratches Nearly 4 boxes of waste we found in shed with shaving all over not cleaned up Honestly they had no clue what they were doing! Didn’t even know what acclimate the floor meant Told us several times they knew what they were doing Step piece was nailed down when should have been glued looks like crap it was pulled Finally I paid them and told them not to return My advice for anyone hiring someone to work in your home make a free contracts online and do your homework My lesson learned !!!!
