He did a great job. We didn't have to wait for him to contact us .. he arrived on time and found the solution to the problem and fixed it quickly and we were charged a very reasonable rate.. we would definitely use him again if the need arises. ????

Prompt return of initial phone call. Came out within two days, arrived on time. Was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Repair price was reasonable.

First off, it should be noted that this was SAME DAY service - he was at our house only a short time after we placed the call for help.
He came to repair the washing machine. I don't know what was wrong with it, only that it wasn't working. Within an hour, it was fixed.
While he was there, I also asked him to take a look at our dishwaher, which has been broken for some time but we are and quot;in the processand quot; with Sears of having it repaired. The last time Sears was at our house, they said they had to order the part and would come back in 2 weeks, but that we had to pull the dishwasher out from under the counter ourselves as they would not do it (even though they installed it!). I asked Mr. Webb if he could help to pull it out from under the counter as it seemed to be attached somehow and he stayed to assist without charging extra. He not only pulled it out for us, but also lowered the legs somewhat and bent back some metal at the back of the machine so that it would be easier to reinstall after Sears finally fixes it.
I would not hesitate to call Webb's again and would highly recommend them to friends and family for any appliance issue.

I've used them before. They've fixed my dryer before and also given me good advice.

I have had a different company come and repair my refrigerator. Jon would not be happy with this type of customer service.

I am very satisfied with Mr. Webb's service. He promptly returned my phone call, which was late in the day, and was out to my house early the next morning. He had the necessary part with him and was finished within a 1/2 hour. He was congenial, friendly and easy to talk with without him being to chatty. I will most definitely cal him for all of my appliance repairs.

Very well, washer was working within 30 minutes

It was very good. They came out the next day and fixed it right away and it's been working ever since. They were professional.
