Sears Outlet

It may be our fault because we dealt with Sears Outlet, which is supposedly a scratch and dent place. We paid for the dryer, we paid for the delivery and we paid for some installation kit etc. They brought it and did a terrible job of installing it. It never operated properly. We ended up junking the thing and buying a new one. The price they gave it to us was fine if the unit would have been any good. But the unit was junk and there is no return because it's a scratch and dent place. They charged me for something they said was fine but wasn't. They claimed they had gone over the things and that they functioned fine, it was just that the shell of the appliance had been scratched and dented and so they couldn't sell at normal price and so they supposedly discounted it. All went good until it was in, and then, it didn't work right, immediately. The controls were bad. So I suspect that's why it was returned and they didn't repair it.  I used to buy almost everything from Sears and I buy nothing from Sears anymore. They were punctual. They came when they said they would.

Everything went fine and it turned out pretty good. They came here on time and they were very polite. The staff was very fine. They made sure that they cleaned up after themselves.

They do pretty good job. They come on time for the most.

I used them in March and I give them an A rating.
