It was a marvelous experience. They handles things so professionally. If you have any problems, they take care of it, there is no question about it. That's the major company that we dealt with this year and we highly recommend them for any kind of interior kitchen and bathroom. remodeling for sure. We would do it again in a minute. We called them and they sent a representative and the wonderful about them is that they have a manager throughout that you could call and she would pick up the phone, tell her your problem, your concern was and she handles it in her end. If you have an issue with anybody which we had with the flooring subcontractor. They stand behind their contract with you and that was what's so impressive about it, there was no question. They had to put down the floor three times, so us we were very impressed that there was no argument with Sear. They in fact sent different flooring people out to examine the floor and they went far above what we had hoped they would do to make the repairs. They sent somebody to pull the floor up and redid it and we were really impressed by that. They said they, "No, this is an expensive floor and this is not how it should be," and we were saying, "Oh, it would be fine if they would just make this one little repair and we could live with this." We haven't even noticed it when they said, "No, you paid too much for this and it's not right and we want it right," and they did it, so  we were really impressed. Their price is competitive. They are very respectful of your property.
