Overall, great to work with.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The installers were very professional and they did their work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

We had a very good experience with Roth Carpet. They were kind and thorough. They cleaned up after them selves when they were done, and they were on time and did a very good job.

The showroom had a good selection of carpeting and I was waited on quickly by a salesperson. Installers worked quickly, were pleasant, and did a professional-looking job. They also thoroughly cleaned-up the area.

We were reasonably satisfied with the job Roth did. The salesperson who helped us, answered some of our questions, but not all. Our stairs were tricky and our salesperson did not follow through with clear plans for the installation of the runner or making sure that the carpet installer (not just the measurer) came to the house first to plan the job. Because of this, the runner was not quite installed as we wanted it and we had to call the installer back (and pay more for his second visit). I would still use Roth because it seems to be the best option around Pittsburgh, but I would not rate the company as excellent. My sense is that it depends on the salesperson you work with.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY NICE, HELPFUL AND PATIENT! THE CARPET WAS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. WHEN THE MEN UNROLLED THE CARPET, THERE WAS A STAIN ON IT. NEW CARPET WAS IMMEDIATELY ORDERED AND IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR THE NEW CARPET TO BE INSTALLED. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH ROTH CARPET.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SELECTION AND THE HELP FROM THE SALES PERSON. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THOROUGH. THEY CLEANED UP ALSO WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
