My wife an I went to the store one Sunday to look for a kitchen table. We were quoted a price for the specific table we were interested in. The following Sunday, we returned to purchase the table. We were told that the price had gone up and was now more expensive. I told the salesperson that I would pay no more than the quoted price. The salesperson called the manager at home and got the OK to order the table. The following day, the salesperson called and said they could not supply the table at the agreed price, even though I had made a down payment and had a sales contract. They wanted to re-negotiate the sales contract. I told them to cancel the contract and give me my down payment back. I said I would return the following day for the refund of my down payment. The following day, I received a call saying they could not refund the down payment that day because of some book keeping issue. Eventually my down payment was returned, after several additional phone calls. After this experience, I will never set foot in this establishment again.

THEY WERE POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND NOT A HASSLE.
