Entire office staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The physician was a great listener, empathetic, very thorough in her exam, and explained results and issues in a caring and informative manner. There was no condescension from her in our exchanges. Had to change physicians due to the Highmark/UPMC silliness and dreaded leaving behind physician group I had been with for nearly 30 years, and I dreaded it. This group has put me at ease, and made my transition very pleasant.

Dr. Cepeda did a thorough history, talked about each prescription and how it was working and prescribed a new medication for my toe which is fixing the problem.

Office was clean, very organized and staff was friendly, however the dr. basically diagnosed me from her computer. I could have diagnosed myself, minus any prescriptions. Very disappointed.

I think my recent flu shot was indicative of a medical provider business that is arrogant and doesn't listen to their patients.  Which is exactly what I experienced in my prior visit.  After I got the shot I went to the outpatient desk and said I needed to give them my new insurance card.  The girl there basically said no, you are all ready to go twice until I insisted that she take the card.

On my first visit to this office I called another premier location which didn't have any availability so they suggested I contact this one.  They said they could see me in two hours so I asked how much it would be to see the doctor.  I was told $70.  When I got to the office I asked again at the desk while signing in how much it would be.  Again I was told $70.  First I saw the nurse, then the doctor asked me a checklist of questions off her computer.  You could tell she didn't believe what I was saying and asked me about depression maybe 5 or 6 times phrased in different ways.  I wasn't looking for any pain pills or really any prescription.  So then I had 2 blood sample tests.  One they told me was $40 and I agreed to it.  The other one they said they couldn't tell me the price because they didn't know.  So I asked them to call the testing company and ask.  The nurse comes back and says they can't determine what the price is.  Well it turned out when I got the bill that the unknown blood test was $150.  The office visit fee that I paid upon leaving was $170.  I protested that I had been told twice that it would be $70 and the girl replies "sorry for the confusion."

    So why did I go back there for a flu shot?  Because the office that my wife goes to said that since I wasn't a prior patient with them, I would have to take a full physical before they could give me a flu shot.  Ridiculous all around.

They have a lot of offices and offer hours that accommodates your needs. They are a large association of Doctors and offer all types of specialties. They offer several areas from primary care, to podiatry, to cardiology, and many other fields. Scheduling an appointment is very simple and I have never had any troubles. Typically, the wait once arriving is about fifteen minutes. Customer service is very important to me. Their staff is very kind, personable, professional, and patient. I have found the doctors who I have seen to be very approachable and down to earth.

They were just overall excellent. I have no complaints about them other than like everywhere else there is a TV in the waiting room that you can avoid. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. As for their effectiveness of treatment I had a heart ache and I am still alive.

Dr. Cepeda prescribed a course of oral steroids and an antibiotic to treat the problem. The treatment improved my symptoms but I am still experiencing mild hoarseness and will need to schedule a follow-up appointment.

I can not speak highly enough of my experience with this practice and Dr. Joseph Stuckert. From the office staff with whom I scheduled the appointment to the nurse who took history and vitals to Dr. Stuckert himself, I am nothing less than completely impressed. Knowledgeable, professional, caring, and thorough! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Byers has been my primary care physician for years.  He is always willing to listen and I believe it greatly improves the quality of his care.  I would highly recommend him.

He is very thorough and knows who I am. I'm not just a number; he takes an interest in who I am. He is prompt and always sees me on time.

Overall I find Dr. Salah to be a good primary care doctor. He is a good balance of working to make an accurate diagnosis and helping to treat symptoms. He is warm and friendly but has a mild-mannered demeanor overall. in general, his nurses and other office staff are also friendly, but one or two could use an attitude adjustment. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and haven't had to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. I would recommend Dr. Salah to anyone in need of a competent primary care doctor.

I was very pleased with the addition of the PA for a quicker appt but overall, this office will accomodate emergencies with whoever is available. If you need a physical, you will need to call months in advance to find an appt. They have recently been calling to remind pts when they are due.
