Description of Work: Walked in to price and review couches, chairs and ottomons. First of all, when walking in the store, all the sales personnel were sitting on displayed furniture talking and not acknowledging a customer walk in. We walked through the store for about 15 minutes before Jessica approached us and tried to help. Jessica was not part of the group of sale personnel sitting on displayed furniture when we walked in and seemed to be new in sales but was trying. Jessica was very nice. We asked about the depth of couches and to show us the deepest couch without sitting on every couch on display and this could not be done with exception of one couch in the back. It didn't seem that there was any interest from anyone in the store in exactly why we were looking for furniture, no opions, no feedback no attepts to help design, no attempts to help with overall measurements of the room the items were going into etc. So, we kept looking for a deep couch, found one, but not a lot of fabric selection that seemed up-to-date. We checked out a couple fabric pieces from the store to verify matching and returned them a couple days later without issue.
