Judith Schlosberg

Judith was professional and efficient; however I when I suggested she hold an open house for our property, she didn't think it was a good idea and said that open houses didn't go over well in that area. I insisted and an open house was held the beginning of December. Our home had been on the market for two months at that point with no interest. The day of the open house only one couple showed up but they bought the house. I was living out of state at the time and Judith was a big help with all the details and represented us at the closing. Other than the open house issue, I was satisfied with her service.

She has been working for us since April. She communicates with us very well, always letting us know what is going on with our house and the open houses.

I have dealt with hundreds of real estate agents and she is probably the best I have ever come across. As far as a real estate agent, she went above and beyond. My house was originally listed under a different agent and there was an issue that the water might have been left on. The listed agent couldn't get to the house to check on it and she went out of her way to check on the house when it was contracted under us. We thought we had a price set for a home and she actually was able to get the price lower. She knew what we had in mind and she was able to steer us away from the houses that didn't fit what we wanted. I can't say enough about her and I highly recommend her.
