THE MAN CAME OUT FOR GUTTER CLEANING, HE CAME TO MY DOOR AND ASKED FOR PAYMENT, BUT STILL HADN'T DONE THE JOB. HE PRETENDED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE UP ON THE ROOF, BUT NO ONE WAS THERE. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED, AND THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE STOOD BY HER EMPLOYEE, THEN FINALLY AGREED TO SEND HIM BACK OUT TO DO THE JOB. I ALSO HAD THEM INSTALL GUTTER GUARDS WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN, BUT I CAN'T TELL IF THE JOB IS COMPLETE OR NOT.
