THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT TO CHOOSE THE FABRIC WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND PREPARED. ONCE I PLACED THE ORDER, HOWEVER, IT TOOK AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME (4 MONTHS) FOR THE CURTAINS TO COME IN. THE INSTALLERS WORKED NEATLY AND FIXED ALL MY CONCERNS ON THE SPOT.
