Very,very well,love the detail,workmanship& professionalism,this is one of many projects we've had done by them since 2005,6th to be exact. Our sales person from day one,Chris Saxton is very thorough,very helpeful& never ignores a call.
A very trust worthy company that really sticks to their word,doesn't take your money& run,not many company's out there are like that today,at least we haven't found them,you get what you pay for,to us it was worth a few extra dollars.

They were good. They don't use contractors. Their installers were good. The windows, the quality is good. The salesperson was good. Everything was positive with the experience. I would use them again.

They were great to deal with from start to finish.   This was a major purchase but you just don't buy "cheap" when making improvements such as this. I researched companies online and talked to family members and friends to find some companies that I felt would offer good quality windows at an affordable price.  I contacted two of the companies and scheduled estimates.  With Energy Swing, we showed up without an appointment at the showroom on a Saturday.  Donnie took us on a tour of the shop and showed us how the windows were made.  We liked what we saw and scheduled an estimate for the upcoming week along with the other well know companies...one quoted $22000.00 and the other started at $8000.00 and then magically worked it down to $5000.00.  They both left me feeling very uneasy about doing any business with them.  Energy Swing came in right about in the middle of the estimates.  Even though it was still a considerable purchase, it was one I was comfortable with.  On a funnier note...I told all the companies that I needed to replace 14 windows.  They all came in a took measurements...went to every window...only Donnie from Energy Swing pointed out that the count was 15 - not 14.  No one else bothered to double check the number of windows that they measured.  If they can miss that, what else can they miss?  Energy Swing offers a great, quality product with a warranty that cant be beat.  Everyone from the owners down to the installers were very friendly and eager to please.  I really felt that they appreciated my business.  I will gladly recommend them to anyone!

The installers arrived on time, put plastic down to protect our carpet.  Installation was completed sooner than we were quoted.  They vacuumed everything before they left.

Three installers arrived and went to work. They bought everything they needed and worked into the dark to finish a few items.They were very pleasant and worked well together.

They sent three installers for two days.  They showed up on time, both days.  All the installers were professional.  They treated us, our home and our animals with the utmost respect.  The process was superior from start to finish.

Service was prompt, professional, friendly. On time, clean work, great follow-up. Love that this is a local company that stands behind their work. If we can afford them, we will have more windows from them.

Windows are of incredible high quality. Operation is easy and ingenious as is demonstrated in a thorough, comprehensive and no pressure visit to your home prior to purchase. They come and measure twice before windows are made and recheck with you that the order is complete. Lead time was only approx. 5 weeks out. They were done in one day arriving ON TIME at 9am and leaving me a completely clean house at 3pm. Their installers are NOT subcontractors but gentlemen who manufacture and completely understand what is required to install this quality product and who go out of their way to protect your belongings, pets and all the needs of your household during installation. They even wrapped the lintels outside eliminating the opportunity for any rot to set in!
Energy Swing warranty their windows, right down to the screens, for your lifetime and that warranty is transferable to the next homeowner.
I would never even consider picking out some windows at a home improvement store and hiring a contractor to install them. Energy Swing manufactures their innovative and superior product, knows how to properly install it and completely stand by their work. When the installers left, I got the feeling they were leaving their babies behind given how they urged me to contact them with any questions, concerns whatsoever regarding these new windows.
It was more than worth the slightly higher price. I've been a homeowner now for over 35 years and have maintained 3 homes over the course of those years and have sadly never received such a high level of comprehensive service.

From the initial meeting with Chris to the installation, this company did everything right and professionally.  I cannot say one negative thing and since they did everything right, there is too much to list.

I don't know every detail, but my sister was happy with the price and how professional and clean they were on the job. They also did work for my mother and she raved about how clean they kept her house and how beautiful the bay window that they installed was.

I couldn't be happier...the windows look great, operate easily and have a sturdy feel. My and quot;Merry Band of Menand quot;,Justin.Jeremiah,Herb and Eric were always punctual,completed the work they had planned for each day and left their work area clean each day. I was always comfortable having them in my home and I loved how they talked and sang while they were working. I was also impressed with how hard they worked and how diligent they were in taking care of my home! From my first meeting with their salesman, Donny, I was impressed with the honest, no pressure approach compared to some of the other salesmen I had interviewed. I dealt with Jeff during the measuring process and loved his thorough approach. He always kept me informed and scheduled the work to accommodate my traveling. There was no question that wasn't answered, no concern that wasn't addressed. When the work was completed there was no debris left behind and all my old screens and storm windows were removed. I don't think I have ever had work done on my home before where I was left feeling so satisfied and secure! And maybe a silly thing to notice but their trucks looked nice and were always clean, and the inside was always clean and orderly...I didn't mind having them parked outside my home:) All around...the best home improvement experience I have ever had from a QUALITY company.

I decided to wait a couple of months after getting all of our windows replaced by Energy Swing in case there were problems. Needless to say we have been quite pleased with our new windows and I felt I needed to report this on Angie’s list.
In the process of considering Energy Swing Windows, I decided to stop in and visit their manufacturing facility since they are located so close to our home. I met Stephen Rennekamp, the president. He introduced me to some of the other employees. They took time to talk with me and gave me a tour of the manufacturing floor where all the windows are made. This area was neat and orderly, and the tour was very informative. I could see that Energy Swing takes seriously the need to build quality into their windows.
My wife and I were pleased with the installation of the new windows. The installers arrived promptly and carefully covered our carpets before they even started replacing the windows. They worked from room to room and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. When they finished each day they made sure their wasn’t any debris left in our driveway or any room they had worked in. When they finished they had us follow them around the house opening and closing each window and making sure we understood how we would swing the windows open to clean them.
We are quite pleased with the ease which we can open and close our new windows. Because the windows keep the heat from the sun from coming in, we can keep our blinds open during the day making our house much more light and airy. Also the air conditioner seems to be working a lot better. The home seems to be cool all over not just in the downstairs.

The sales consultant, Chris came to our house several times. The first visit involved showing us the windows and listing our options. The second visit involved writing the sales agreement and financing. At no time were we pressured to purchase. Chris was very helpful and professional. It was five weeks from the order date to installation, which was within the time frame listed in the sales agreement. The installers: Herb, Eric, Justin, and Jerimiah were great. They were professional, friendly, and made an extra effort to protect our floors and furniture. The windows and trim look great. When they finished, they left the house in better shape than they found it. We were impressed with everybody at Energy Swing. They service, manufacture, and install the windows. No subcontractors. A pleasure to do business with.

Client consultant Chris was knoweligable and got a price quote back to us within a couple days. INstaller were very hard worker and kept the job site clean and did a great job on installing windows. Their names were Herb, Justin and Jeremian.

We had a positive experience. There was nothing to dislike. Everything went well. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and no pressure as opposed to others that we talked with. The company has a good reputation. They delivered everything as promised.

Great product, well made. They used a high quality caulk and composite shims. They have their own installation crew which is a major plus and the crew knows what they are doing. They took a high interest in preparing for the job. Only down full is they are much higher in price than their competitors but well worth it!!

The service went very good. They were not provocative, they were fine, and they didn't pressure me into the sale, and they were very professional, and that is why I chose them.

This is the best contractor that I have ever dealt with.  From the salesman to the installers, they are thoroughly professional in every way.  The windows are top of the line.  Their responsiveness is second to none.  I completely trust them.  Great company!

The whole experience was great. The personnel were great to work with and explained everything from installation, to the product itself and financing available. Had used Energy Swing in the past to install a new front door after a horrible experience with a big box store and decided to give them a try for windows. Do not regret this decision. Did not even get any more estimates. They worked with our schedule for taking measurements, demonstrating the product, etc., especially since most of this needed to be done in the evening. They were even able to work out installation for a week that I had already scheduled for vacation time.

The crew arrived at my home as scheduled and were some of the best guys to come into my home. Very friendly and very professional and worked well as a crew. When they finished after two days - no mess left behind. There were indoor shutters on my Kitchen window which they removed and then put them back up and when I changed my mind and had the take them back off they even patched the screw holes so I could then paint.

The windows themselves are a wonderful product. Easy to clean with the and quot;swingand quot; feature. They have reduced the traffic noise from outside my home on a busy street and I have already noticed a difference in my cooling and heating bills. My old windows were so cloudy and would always fog up and after installation I kept thinking I had left a window open. They also offer Pet screening which was a positive thing since I have cats and you just never know.

I would definitely recommend Energy Swing Windows to any one looking to replace their old, drafty windows and will definitely use them again when I am ready to replace my patio door.

Very well,were done within the time they mentioned,Very courteous & professional. They had done our covered porch previously& Bay Window,our deck& front door,so we Trusted them to close it our porch,it's a 3 season room,the only regret we have is not having the ceiling insulated,we have Infra-Red heaters,if ceiling was insulated it would definitely hold the heat in better.

Chris and Jeff initially came out

and surveyed our problem, took measurements and then Chris came back with a proposal, which we agreed to, and he gave us an approximate time table. We had a follow up letter and then a call for the date of service. The men were here on time worked very diligently even though the weather was a bit nippy, especially with the wind. We used them before for replacement windows are were very satisfied. They are always willing to answer questions and always get back to you. They also fixed my handle on my door ( it is an energy swing door) while they were here. Also are going to fix one of my windows.
