This was my 3rd purchase from Energy Swing. Everyone has been professional, on time! Courteous and knowledgeable.

The installation crew arrived early on-time and began the prep work and installation. Everyone was friendly. We thought the overall price was very good and they did a great job.

Sales consultant & installers were on time & very professional kept house clean during & after installation of windows.

The sales rep was on time & professional. The order was completed cleaned of time. The installers were professional and preformed  in there work.

Don came to sell the product. Jeff came to measure, both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Four guys came to do the installation. They were so friendly and you could tell they enjoyed each other and their work. Clean up was just like they were never there.

From the salesperson to the installer to the inside sales ppl & contacts everything was done professionally & w/excellence.

Don was amazing, no doubtful spoke to him that this was the company I was going to choose entice experience & everyone I spoke to went above & beyond. Don't even botner cantaday anyone else!

Installers for energy swing arrived right on time, completed removal. Installation in four hours cleaned up and left area in pristine condition. Price was a little higher for door, but quality and professionalism made cost worthwhile.

From the beginning of the Sales appt to the installation, everyone was very professional and informative. They took time to explain everything and was willing to go above and beyond.  They were punctual and clean.  I would definitely use them again.

Herb & Bill were punctual, neat and quiet (we liked that they didn't listen to music); also efficient. Communication was excellent, from the initial consultation through the installation.

Don provided me with a thorough descriptions of product and provided estimate. Installers arrived on time and completed job on schedule. Clean up afterwards was great.

Door installers: Eric & Fred-very pleasant, friendly & accommodating. They addressed what I perceived as a safety issue re; the threshold. It was not a simple adjustment but they worked diligently & efficiently to make a satisfactory adjustment our hats off to them!

2 men arrived on time. Introduced themselves. Put down plastic to protect carpet. They were done by 12:30 pm.

Very professional – work men were clean polite. Staff was very knowledgeable & helpful.

From the sales to completion & the job everything was alone in a friendly and professional manner, great product too.

Excellent. Knowledgeable salesman, no high pressure, scheduled to suit our wants/needs, pleasant & efficient installers, quality workmanship.

Door replacements done in three stages. First was a product meeting in our home with Don who full explained all options and pricing, after taking some initial measurements. He had a computer program that displayed our choices in final form. Great, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Once we accepted their quote (not lowest, but by far most inclusive and confident), we then met with Jeff in our home one week after accepting their offer, who took detailed measurements and explained the entire replacement process, as Don had done as well. He all reviewed and confirmed all of our choices. The doors then took 6 weeks to be received (2 weeks earlier than promised) and Energy Swing called to set the install date. Third step was installation. We received a note in the mail explaining what to expect that day and the arrival time. On day of installation, four men (Herb, Bill, Eric, Fred) and two trucks showed up 5 minutes early and each introduced themselves to myself and my wife. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Trucks were fully equipped with all tools and supplies. Four doors installed in 5 hours, including old door removals, site preparations and door installations. EVERYTHING was PERFECT and my wife and I are quite picky. Site cleanup was complete, including a package of information and warranties. Our house looked better than when they arrived and the new doors look and function great. Again, Energy Swing was not low bidder, but the process and the products are first class. You get what you pay for, and from a local business. Final note - we had the benefit of observing this company and its installers on two of our neighbor's homes earlier this year. That really sealed the deal before we even began the process (don't tell the sales guy I said this). ?

Everything went very smoothly from the start of the project to the finish. All employees were knowledgeable, professional and skilled. I was kept informed of the status of my project, every detail was reviewed & rechecked, and all of my expectations were met. I will surely use Energy Swing again for future projects.

The client consultant was prompt for the initial appointment, very professional yet friendly and extremely knowledgable about the products in which I was interested. He gave me an approximate install date. Much to my surprise, I was offered an install date a month earlier than expected. That date wasn't going to work for me, unfortunately. The company was extremely accomodating in finding a date that would work for me. The men that came to install my windows and door were not just installers. They were craftsmen! Their attention to every small detail was nearly overwhelming. Nothing was "good enough". Everything had to be perfect! They had great interraction with me, as the homeowner. Any questions I had were politely and thoroughly answered. I would be happy to invite any of these people back into my home socially.
I have proudly shown off my door and windows to friends. I just could not have had a better experience!

They did a fantastic job. They were very professional from the receptionist and sales person to the installers. Their PR was great and they did not bring their problems from home. They did not pressure me into anything and I felt very comfortable with going with them. They had a transferrable warranty with the house sale and I would highly recommend them.
