Deckmasters Technologies

This was a big project lasting two weeks. They did everything on time and to specs. The following year we asked them to rebuild the steps to match the deck and they did a great job on that too.

We contacted crystal and set up an appointment for her to come give us an estimate on installing a new deck. She never showed up for the appointment. We called her 4 times the day she was suppose to be there. Left 2 voicemails and we didnt recieve a call from her until the following day in the afternoon. At that point she left a voicemail with a terrible excuse for missing the appointment. This is so uncalled for i will never recommend this company or use them. There is no excuse to not show up for an appointment or to even call. Its not that difficult to make a phone call and say you cant make it. Instead my wife and i rearranged our busy schedule for nothing and sat around waiting for nothing

I did not spend any money on the estimate.  They were so much more expensive than anybody else I have talked to and it was almost double the price.  They were punctual and they came out and provided the estimate.  I think that everybody should make their money through the work they do, but at some point I felt that there was price gouging and that is where I felt they were.  I will not consider using them at all.
