They credited my account for some issues I had with the service. I was happy to get this credit. Right now my bill is $126.53 a month. I like the service, and am happy with the channels. If something is wrong, they will fix it right away. I have been with them since 1978, so they take really good care of me. When you call,it is easy to get through the prompts to get to a live person. I refuse to talk to anyone who is foreign, so they will always give me an American speaking person.
