I use them all the time. They check out the car first then come talk to you, tell you what needs to be done, what can be done and what can wait and get my authorization. If I stay it takes 2-3 hours if I don't they have it back at the end of the day. They are fine, I have no problems with them.

Auto Body Work
The repairs have not been done yet but I just wanted to tell you how screwed up #1 Cochrin is. I had my car towed in on the 25th of January because some one backed hard into me, and I was told that they did not get to the estimate until Friday the 29th, or so I was told. I dealt with an Angela Mccarthy, who first of all is extremely rude when you can get her on the phone, she has yet to call me with the details of the accident damage done to my car. I called Angela over 10 or more times to ask her a question, and the 5 days that they had the car, she never returned ANY of my calls. I was going to trade in my car, but the Man who works in the used car department, Travis, said that the Frame was bent, that's what he does for a living so he should know. I also found out that a dealer will not trade cars if the frame is bent. Now Angela comes around and says that there is noting wrong with the frame, this was the day after I spoke with Travis. I don't know what's going on with Angela. But my car better not have a hair wrong with the frame, or I'm taking legal action. I would be very weary of taking your car here to be fixed.

Auto Body Work
Needing bodywork done on one's car is stressful and usually an ordeal. Our insurance carrier recommended #1 Cochran Auto Body and Repair among others. The estimate appointment occurred exactly at the time stated - no waiting around cooling our heels! The waiting area was sparkling clean and comfortable. The entire public area was very clean and organized.
Everyone we encountered in person and on the phone was friendly, informative and professional, including the gentleman salting the sidewalks outside. This was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated after some other estimate experiences that were awful. On a side note, there was an elderly lady in the waiting area who seemed quite intimidated and confused by the estimate and insurance claim process and one of the technicians knelt on the floor beside her and patiently and kindly addressed all of her concerns. That was very, very impressive.
Though the repair couldn't begin for over three weeks after the estimate (it's THAT time of year) the work is beautiful and very well done and we could not possibly be happier. The car looks brand new!! The car was not ready as initially promised, but after a phone call to check the status, Tony Kopas, Collision Center Manager, stepped up and kept us informed; being completely professional and friendly the whole way through. We were told the technician in charge of our car had some pressing personal matters which contributed to the delay. These things happen...
Based on the overall experience, we unreservedly recommend Cochran and at the same time hope that we will never need their services again.

Auto Body Work
The process was fairly quick. We stopped in went to the waiting area and after a few minutes a representative came out to see us and the damage to our vehicle. He got the information he needed and did a fairly thorough job of checking out the damage. He issued us a check to have the repairs done at a auto body ship of our choosing. Once we took the car to our repair shop, the mechanic advised us that the door was beyond repair and that it was fairly obvious. He contacted them and their agent came out to his shop and issued a check for the difference.
I don't understand why the extra step was needed. We should have gotten a check for the total amount needed for the repair. This caused us a delay of several days.
It seems like they were low balling the estimate.
