I bought the $79 special on offer when I went to get the car washed. My car needed detailing. I made an appointment. Amy called the day before to remind me. I went to my appointment at 10 am. I had to wait because there wasn't anyone to give me a ride, but Amy drove me to the mall. I frankly dreaded going to the mall since I don't like shopping much. She gave me an estimated time of 5 hours.
Amy was professional and friendly and completely delightful.
She dropped me at the mall about 10:30. To my surprise, I got a call at about 1:15 pm that the car was ready and she would come and get me.
Perfect!
When I saw the car, I was amazed! It looked showroom new. Shiny, clean, not a single thing out of place. The mats were beautiful, the interior had been thoroughly cleaned. The interior was not done in a horribly shiny or waxed finish, but just beautiful clean and smooth. The windshield was gorgeously clear. No stains anywhere, no more crumbs in the seat edges. The drying mats were in the trunk, the trunk floor was cleaned impeccably. Jordan did an amazing job!
I will certainly use them again, and on a regular basis. This is the best detail job I have ever had. Ever. On any car.
By the way, their carwashes are pretty wonderful, too.

I was one of the first appointments on a Sat morning. When I arrived they were waiting for me. They performed the service in the time expected and did an excellent job removing the stain. The service guy was very professional. I would recommend their detail shop to others.

I would give them an A for everything.

It's pretty good. I've going there for years. I really like that it's 100% brushless. It's a very nice ride-through system. They offer a lot of specials. For the price that I listed, I got a special that doesn't include interior.

Great experience all around.

I left the car while on vacation, to pick up on Sunday. I returned from my vacation on Saturday, and began calling them during business hours, and was never able to get through. A receptionist kept telling me someone would get back to me. Finally, I went there and insisted on picking up my vehicle. Then, they found someone to take my money. When I got in the car it was soaking wet inside, and full of mildew. I couldn't even see through the windshield due to the condensation and evaporation of cleaning products. We complained and complained, and they said that we must have done something to it. They re-did the detailing to get rid of the mildew, which never worked. In the end they sprayed perfume all through it, and insisted that I somehow created the problem. Also, everyone that works there is a kid. The manager acted like I was an idiot, basically rolling his eyes at me like a spoiled teenager, and never treated me with any respect.
