It was excellent.

After the work was performed I was given a sheet listing all the problems that the FREE Multipoint Inspection uncovered. Those included replacing the cylinder head gaskets , control arm bushings, an alignment and replacement of the mirror ( the compass no longer lit up) for a total of 3,383.76. The work was not said to be urgent, but was recommended to be done by inspection in August. Took the car to my mechanic (35 yr experience) who said NONE of the work with the gasket or control arm bushings was indicated .

Very different from, it wasn't high pressure real laid back. Different experience no haggling told us what they could do. Very difference experience from previous. The car salesman was definitely was an A. The finance process other than waiting and running behind would be a B.They were flexible.

They have snacks, coffee and popcorn. They have a desk if you want to use your computer and comfortable chairs. It's a very nice waiting room.

The light was under warranty so I was pleased. The work took about an hour.

I give them all A's. They even wash the car every time its up there. No matter what they're doing it comes back washed.

I have been with them since 2002. It has changed ownership, it was a small dealership and they sold out to Cochran. It is not as good as it has been.  Their prices are higher. Even though I make an appointment I usually have to sit and wait awhile.

Very well. It's easy to schedule appointments. They are friendly and professional. They also explain things in a professional manner. I am a female who doesn't know much about cars but they never make me feel as though I am unintelligent. I highly recommend them to others.

They did not charge me anything this morning. They are pricey. They are reasonably prompt when I make an appointment. They are easily friendly.

They're a large dealership and don't have the high level of personal relationship with the customer. Their prices are high too.

They have been pretty friendly in general. I have been using them since 2008.

True professionals!

They're one of the major car dealers in the Pittsburgh area. They had the right car at the right price. It's not that easy to identify why we would particularly select them as supposed to another dealer. They seemed to be fine. I've been happy with them. It's been okay.
