Just dandy!!

The plumber listened to my explanation of the problem. He assessed the problem. He created a plan to fix it, explained the fix, created an estimate and asked for approval. He went for parts and had it fixed same day. He had to remove about 3/4 of the existing drain pipe from the shower to the stack. The existing plumbing was in poor condition - sloped in the wrong direction and crooked. The company charges a $49 service call which is quite reasonable now-a-days. We felt the cost of the job was reasonable. The company does not charge by the hour. They produce an estimate and everything is included.

Bartman Plumbing has the same owner as One Hour Heating (84 PA).  Three man crew showed up on time and began installation.  Plumber ran gas lines, heating crew installed gas heater.  I specified that the heater use outside air for combustion. Crew thought the unit came with necessary hardware to do this, but it didn't.    They installed it without that feature so I would have heat while they ordered the necessary parts.  Once they had the parts, they had to wait for clear weather to work on the roof.  Job was completed first week of April.   During installation, plumber damaged a ceiling tile in basement.  Company called to let me know they would schedule workman to come out and repair damage.  In total, job took almost two days.  They cleaned up each time.  I'm very pleased with the result.  Garage is now comfortable  on very cold days.

I have used the numerous times even for plumbing and have good results for everything. They are reliable and don’t make you wait.
