Marijo and her team have done a great job at our house. They are efficient, reliable, friendly, and easy to work with. They leave the house looking great!

Marijo and Keith are excellent! We used them the prior week to clean our renovated townhouse to make it "move-in" ready for us (cleaned all the construction dust, flooring, cabinets, etc.). The house sparkled and smelled so clean when they were finished. We had them back the following week to clean out the house we had just vacated and they did an exceptional job. The house was filthy - 5 years worth of dirt and grime under the washer/dryer, furniture, etc. They cleaned everything (baseboards, windowsills, wainscotting) and everything looked clean and new for the new owners. Will definitely call them again and highly recommend.

Knoechel Cleaning Services is tops in my book. They have been cleaning my home for over 18 months.( This is a record for me because so many companies start out so well and then by the third visit they slack off and the work spirals downhill). Mary Jo's team never lets me down. They do a great job and they don't miss a detail.
Two or three staff members arrive on time with their own supplies and equipment. They tackle the house together and work as if they had rehearsed it. They are always professional, pleasant and energetic. It is amazing how much they accomplish in the time they are here. They ask me to walk through the house before they leave in case they happened to miss something. They never miss a thing!

They were on time, efficient, brought their own materials and equipment, needed no supervision. Highly recommended.

They show up, they clean and they are home. They are fine. These girls have cleaned our floor when they were with another company but they left a few years ago when we had a different company. Then the company was sold and these girls were appointed. They know the house and know what we want and they do it. They show up and do a decent job.

The owner is Marijo Kroeschel. I started with them this fall. They will be here tomorrow. I had cleaning services in the past. I get a bit more from my money than I used to. They would bring 2 people in. I was here and I saw what they did. They were gone in no more than 45 minutes. They service for the same money that I paid over 5 years ago. I get an hour and a half with 2 people. They are very nice. I do feel nice and comfortable leaving them here while I am alone. Compared to the last one their price is really good. I have called them when they missed something, they came out that day and redo everything. Their punctuality varies. I will continue to use them in the future.
