BOB WAS VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. THIS SYSTEM WAS UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME, AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS WE HAVE HAD.
