The initial consultation and estimate was terrific. They showed up exactly on schedule and took all of the measurements. Then we went through all of the style, insulation, and color options. We were the offered estimates for several options. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. We were never pressured or felt rushed to make a decision. After we decided, the the ordering and fabrication process took about two weeks. We were then quickly scheduled for our installation. Installation was absolutely seamless. Two installers arrived and quickly got to work disassembling the old door setup and then efficiently worked to install the new door. The end result is an absolutely perfect install of a beautiful and functional door. Electric Garage Door Sales exceeded our expectations. They will continue to be our go-to for garage door sales and service in the future.

I lost power to my garage and the door wouldn't stay up for me to get vehicles in or out. I called on Monday and they scheduled a repairman to come out Wednesday morning. Mike called me first thing on Wednesday morning and said that he would be right out. He arrived and was immediately able to diagnose the problem. He tightened the bolts on the springs so the door would stay up when I opened it manually. He also went way above and beyond to determine why I didn't have power to my garage. He found that power was coming into the garage and into my GFIC plug but it wasn't going out of the plug. He saved me a ton of money because I just had my handyman change out the plug instead of having the electricians come out. I would use them again anytime. Mike was very helpful, polite, and professional.

We had gotten estimates to have the garage door painted.  The door had greasy, pitted marks near the top center of the door.  The painter suggested it was useless to paint the door until the problem was corrected.
The first repairman showed me what was happening and indicated that while the opener still functioned, the nature of the screw drive and the grease and pitting would continue.  I initiated the discussion about getting a new opener.
The new opener is very quiet, has an outside keypad (love it) and works well.
The repair people and the office did a fantastic job of communicating when the repairman and installer would be there, and they were always on time.  They were professional, knowledgeable and personable.  They did what they said they would do for the price they stated.
The owner even sent a thank you card for our business.

What I remember about them was the contractor that built my garage, I had never heard of them before. I went over to meet them. It's pretty much a family run operations. They came over and they put up the garage door, very professional. Two guys did it and they had it up and running within an hour. Amazing. They didn't break anything. They got all the wiring put up and connected. They put up the rails. It was fantastic. I sat there and watched them. It was just great.
The responsiveness was impressive. The contractor got on his cell phone and 10 minutes later the truck pulled up.

They were finished in about 5 minutes.

I called in the morning and they had it fixed by lunch time.

Two guys came out and only took about two hours. They did the work and he got to a point to were he wanted me to look at his work. It didn't look to well so he put in his opinion in and went to get additional supplies for me, which i didn't have to pay for in the end. I would tell a friend or family member that they are very good people! I liked how he gave his opinion, like if it was his own house.

Nice gentleman answered the phone on a friday afternoon and scheduled the repair for monday morning.  Arrived on time and completed the repair appropriately.

I contacted Electric garage door sales at the end of May. They promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. When the man came he was not pushy at all and got me the best deal he could. When I ordered my door they said it would take up to 4 weeks for it to arrive. I think it took more like 3. Now that it is installed I couldn't be happier. It changed the whole look of the house. The men that came to installed it were very punctual and professional. I will defiantly recommend this company to my friends and family. I am very pleased.

Everything went smoothly and was effortless.  They installed the new electric garage door system on my 3 car garage and installed a keyless pad entry.  All was done in less than a hour.  They discarded and hauled away the parts from the old system.  They also cleaned up any debris and hauled that away as well. When the job was done, they did several demonstrations of the new system and explained how the safety features operated.  The system operates much easier than my prior system and is extremely quiet.  Our old system had three separate remote controls for each of the three garage bays.  It was a nuisance to have to mark them and keep them straight.  Now we have 4 remotes that all look alike.  And, all four remotes can operate all the doors.  They were very polite and responsive and helpful. I had an acquaintance tell me that I overpaid.  However, I believe you get what you pay for.  So far, this company has proven to be responsive and helpful.  I would recommend them.

They were fantastic. They were open and honest upfront, gave me down all the options, and made sure I understood what I was looking at. Everything they did was great. I have recommended them to several other people already.

Garage door opener quit working after many reliable years. Chris came out to inspect and recommended a new opener, which we agreed was appropriate. Crew arrived timely, was very efficient and neat, under very cold conditions. We are very pleased, it was a fair price, and we will definitely use EGD Sales  in the future.

Two young boys and hockey sticks are not healthy for a garage door! I'm blmaing the Winter Classic for this one. One of the sticks got caught between the door runner and wall and the entire door came off it's track...think this was the third time. EGD Sales came out(AGAIN) and got us back on track! Literally! Thanks guys!

Chris came out to look at the door, checked the work needed to do the installation, explained a number of options for a new door opener and provided a quote. He took the time necessary to answer my questions thoroughly. The installers arrived on-time to do the install. They were professional, explained what they were doing and managed to work around a light fixture that the electrician had installed in the center of the ceiling. The quality of the work appeared to be good to my untrained eye.

CALLED IN THE MORNING, AND BEFORE LUNCH MY DOOR WAS FIXED. REPAIRMAN WAS COURTEOUS AND VERY EFFICIENT.

WE PICKED OUT THE MODEL WE LIKED. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AFTER PURCHASE. THE SERVICE IS WHAT SETS THIS PLACE APART. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THIS UNIT IN NO TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE TO WORK WITH. ANY PROBLEM WITH THE UNIT IS EASILY TAKEN CARE OF WITH A QUICK PHONE CALL. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR GARAGE DOOR OPENERS!!

INSTALLATION CREW WAS PROMPT AND QUICK AND REMOVED ALL DEBRIS FROM PREMISES.
