They were excellent. I loved them. I used them for decades. They were reliable and dependable. they were good guys. They were honest and hard workers.

I have used them for years. I have the warranty where they come and check my air conditioner and heater. They have not been out in the last two years due to my health. They just check my health. They also have worked at other properties I have owned. I had to pay for for the coil that they used. They had to adjust the concrete stump that my air conditioning is on. They are fantastic. I have the same guy that comes out, his name is Jim. He is terrific. He knows my system inside and out. They have been coming here since 2009, I think. It is under new ownership now but the workers are still the same. I have checked prices for anyone else. I think their prices are fair. I am a widow and have been taken advantage of so many times by so many different contractors. It is pitiful.

I was very pleased with the service I received from beaver valley sheet metal. The person I spoke with on the phone to schedule was very polite and friendly. Eric came to service the AC unit. He was knowledgable and very thorough. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

The owner of Beaver Valley Sheet Metal visited my home to make sure that everything was the way it should have been done and if there are any corrections that need to be made, he's there to do that. Every time I call the office, if I want to talk to Chris, if he's not there he'll return my call. I talked to his wife, she was very pleasant and very helpful. The person who answers the phone, she was very helpful. Anytime I call after hours, they get them on here ASAP. I keep a running warranty with them where they continue to come out every year to check my furnace, filters and all that.  I didn't check many prices but theirs is perfect.

I dealt with the general manager John Carrier through the whole process of getting info, bids, and installation. I actually made first contact with BVSM over the weekend thinking I'd just leave a message while I had time and someone could call me back Monday. The tech that was on duty that day actually called me back to tell me they got the message and someone would be in contact with me. I was impressed that he took the time to do that. John called me on promptly and set up an appt to discuss what we wanted to do. He came the day he said he would and on time. He was very helpful and provided me with lots of info. He left some brochures for my husband and I to look at and actually followed up with us in a few days to see if we had any questions. Imagine that!

Once we made our decision as to what we wanted to do John got us scheduled for the install. The installation went very well. The crew came ON TIME (imagine that!) and were very courteous.  They were quiet and respectful while they were in my home, which is more than I can say for other contractors we have used in the past. And John actually came with the crew and monitored what was going on. We really appreciated that. He was on top of what was happening instead of us having to do it ourselves.

Once the installation was complete they were extremely helpful in explaining how to use the new unit and thermostat. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn't know anyone had been there.

The only thing that I could complain about is that the exhaust fan on the furnace started to make a really LOUD noise when it kicked on high. I guess they missed checking that particular thing as they were testing the new units. We called and they quickly had a tech come look at it.  A new part had to be ordered so we had to live with the noise until it came in. As soon as they had the part they replaced it and it seems to be working now. It remains to be seen if this was a one-time problem. Time will tell.

There was a rebate for the furnace we chose and John even filled out the rebate form and submitted it for us. I appreciated him doing that.

Overall, I can't say enough good things about the service. And other than the fan problem I'm happy with the units so far.

I have no problem recommending this company to my friends and family.

WE HAVE AN ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH THEM. IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS THEY ARE THERE TO HELP. WHEN WE WERE HIT BY LIGHTNING THEY WERE THEY TO HELP AND GET EVERYTHING FIXED AND AS GOOD AS NEW.
