Banfield Pet Hospital

They told me she had a chicken bone loose in her body and that she would need surgery ASAP. They showed me the xray and said it was her's and where the "chicken bone is". During the surgery, DURING the surgery the doctor came in and told me there was no chicken bone and they xrayed her before surgery and did not see the bone. Can they spay her...I said yes. she came home that night and began her recovery process. Here it is 4/7/15 and she is worse off than she was. Banfield will not help when I call, they will not return my calls. She is sick, her back left paw is not working right, she can barely walk, the paw bends under, she has lost weight, an abscess on her lip and ear on the same side. My husband called them today, since they wont talk to me and the office mgr chad told my husband that there was no chicken bone.DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. I have since taken her to another Vet. and she is doing her best to help our poor little puppy. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND YES they still wanted there money, SICKENING
